at this time we accept paypal only.  when you are finished shopping, you will be directed to make a secure payment using paypal.  you do not need to have a paypal account to use paypal.

treat of the month club (t.o.t.m.c.)

treat of the month club is discontinued.  we will continue sending out orders to our current t.o.t.m.c. members until your membership expires.

packaging

all treats are packaged in ziplock type bags.  we reccommend keeping the treats in these bags or other air tight containers.  refrigeration is not neccessary.  treats will keep for several months - if your dogs allow them to!

shipping 

shipping of treats is $3.50 for the first item and $1.00 for each add'l item.

other items may ship for an additional charge.  please see webstore for prices.

purchases ship within 3 days of cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays.  packages will be mailed via usps.  please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive.  at this time we only ship to the u.s.

if you need your order sooner, please email us before you place your order.

return policy

due to health restrictions, naturally, jack can not accept returns.
