beginning thursday, august 25, 2008 naturally, jack will be selling exclusively on our etsy storefront.  it is free and easy for you to set up an etsy account!  you will still make payments  through paypal.  please visit our etsy store front at www.naturallyjack.etsy.com

payment

at this time we accept paypal only.  when you are finished shopping, you will be directed to make a secure payment using paypal.  you do not need to have a paypal account to use paypal.

treat of the month club (t.o.t.m.c.)

members of t.o.t.m.c. will be billed once in the amount of $45.00 for 6 month membership or once in the amount of $80.00 for a 12 month membership.  treats will be mailed out by the 10th of every month.  you will receive a different bag of treats each month.  no repeats!  please let us know of any allergies.

packaging

all treats are packaged in ziplock type bags.  we reccommend keeping the treats in these bags or other air tight containers.  refrigeration is not neccessary.  treats will keep for several months - if your dogs allow them to!

shipping 

shipping of treats is $5.00

other items may ship for an additional charge.  please see webstore for prices.

purchases ship within 3 days of cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays.  packages will be mailed via usps.  please allow up to 7 business days for your package to arrive.  at this time we only ship to the u.s.

return policy

due to health restrictions, naturally, jack can not accept returns.
